An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join a leading accountancy firm in Swindon. This hybrid role offers a fantastic salary of £45,000, alongside excellent benefits. The position will involve both audit and accounts preparation across commercial and Charity/Not-for-Profit sectors. The role is hybrid, with four days based in the office in Swindon and one day working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-          Manage and deliver audit and accounts assignments for a wide variety of clients, including charities, not-for-profits, limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.

-          Prepare draft corporation tax and business tax computations with supporting analysis.

-          Lead and assist with audit assignments, including planning, budgeting, and conducting analytical reviews.

-          Supervise, delegate, and review audit work completed by junior team members.

-          Communicate effectively and deliver timely information to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

What Experience is Required:

-          ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with at least a few years of practice experience.

-          Experience in or a strong desire to work within the charity and not-for-profit sector.

-          Strong technical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards for Auditing.

Location:

This position is hybrid with four days based in the office in Swindon and one day from home. It is easily commutable from towns such as Chippenham, Marlborough, Cirencester, and Royal Wootton Bassett.
