Senior Sales Account Manager – London / Hybrid – Up to £50,000 + Commission

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their operational and sales requirements.

• Develop strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

• Conduct regular reviews with clients to address concerns and explore upselling opportunities.

• Prepare and issue quotes for hardware and software, liaising directly with vendors and suppliers.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in account management or sales within a B2B environment, ideally in the IT or cybersecurity sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
