Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and develop manufacturing operations to deliver key performance targets and long-term strategic objectives.

Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance across production and repack teams.

Introduce and refine processes, systems, and tools to reduce cost, mitigate risk, and enhance service delivery.

Champion automation and technology-driven initiatives to elevate quality and operational consistency.

Provide strong leadership to production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day operations.
