Application Support Analyst London - Office Based £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Create and deliver detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Update and manage client licenses, ensuring system compliance and efficiency.
What Experience is Required
Strong experience in HL7 and SQL.
Strong knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS).
Excellent communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
