Business Analyst – Gatwick
Salary: £65,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Duties & Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews.

Analyse data to identify insights that support decision-making and operational improvement.

Prepare user stories, process documentation and functional specifications.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to shape solutions and enhance existing systems.

Support software rollout activities, ensuring smooth delivery and clear documentation.
What Experience Is Required

Strong background in business and systems analysis within professional services.

Experience working with case management, practice management or workflow systems.

Solid understanding of agile methodologies and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Salary & Benefits
