Site Operations Manager

CV Screen is recruiting for a Site Operations Manager to join a well-established organisation providing secure, technology-enabled information and digital services to a wide range of clients. Based in Wolverhampton, this is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of service delivery across a key operational site. The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits and would suit an experienced operations leader with a strong focus on people management, compliance, service quality and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site operations, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and performance targets

• Manage and develop operational teams through coaching, performance management and engagement

• Oversee health & safety, facilities and security compliance across the site

• Drive operational efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives

• Take responsibility for site budgets, reporting and stakeholder communication

What Experience Is Required

• Proven experience managing operational teams within a service-driven or regulated environment

• Strong people leadership, performance management and change management skills

• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational reporting
