Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and capture potential customer enquiries
  • Accurately log and manage leads within internal systems
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
  • Raise and process purchase orders and coordinate materials
  • Prepare and dispatch marketing packs and promotional literature

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
