A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a thriving and fast-growing consumer products business based in West Watford. Offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus excellent benefits, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual. Working within a busy finance team, you’ll support key accounting and administrative processes for a company specialising in the distribution of high-quality beauty and personal care products across UK and international markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance operations including sales and purchase ledger processing
- Manage credit control activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
- Process customer orders, invoices, and supplier purchase orders
- Reconcile accounts, allocate payments, and assist with month-end tasks
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (sales/purchase ledger)
- Strong credit control skills and confident communication ability
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage Accounts; bilingual in English and Urdu or Hindi
