Audio Visual Project Manager

CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of live event delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. The role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving seamless project execution while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across operations.

Well suited to a technically skilled, organised project manager who enjoys leading teams, working with clients, and delivering complex live events under pressure.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Plan and deliver technical production for live events
- Oversee projects from preparation through on-site delivery and debrief
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS
- Translate briefs into technical designs using AutoCAD and AV systems
- Manage budgets, costing, and resources
- Lead teams, suppliers, and client relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of live event technical production and Health & Safety standards
- A valid driving licence and passport
LOCATION:
Milton Keynes - Half your time will be spent at their head office in Milton Keynes, the other half will be out on the road at events.
