Sales Account Manager – London – Up to £37,000 + Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a growing IT services provider based in London, offering a salary of up to £37,000 (DOE) plus commission and excellent benefits. This office-based role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building strong client relationships and driving account growth. Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will manage existing client accounts, support service delivery, and identify opportunities to expand business within a fast-paced managed services and technology environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main contact for all commercial matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare quotes and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
What Experience is Required
- At least 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong commercial awareness with experience growing client accounts
- Exposure to IT, managed services, or technology environments is advantageous
