Based in Southampton, this role offers a salary of £31,000 plus bonus and an excellent benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, CRM and email marketing channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance, produce insightful reports and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
  • Coordinate external marketing agencies, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the development of automated customer journeys and conversion-focused marketing activity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve digital performance and marketing systems.

 

What Experience is Required?

 

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, CRM and marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive marketing performance.
