CV Screen is recruiting for a talented Management Accountant to join a well-established charitable organisation based in Battersea, London. Offering a salary of £40,000 to £43,000, you'll be working closely with senior finance leadership, playing a key role in financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering while supporting the continued growth and success of a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is a hybrid working role allowing you to work from home two days per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual management reports within agreed deadlines.
• Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations and fixed asset accounting activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis to operational stakeholders.
• Assist with audit preparation, statutory reporting and finance process improvements.
  
  

What Experience is Required

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified accountant.
• Previous Management Accountant experience, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge with experience of month-end accounting and reconciliations.
