Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee group consolidations across multiple entities and international jurisdictions
• Manage audits, statutory accounts and relationships with external advisors
• Strengthen financial controls, processes and ERP governance across the business
• Drive automation and process improvements to support future growth

What Experience is Required

• ACA or CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified industry experience
• Proven background managing multi-entity consolidations and international reporting
• Experience improving finance systems, controls and operational processes
