Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage marketing campaigns across multiple business divisions.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, CRM communications and audience segmentation.
• Monitor campaign, website and social media performance, producing insightful reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and agencies to ensure successful project delivery.

What Experience is Required?

• At least 3 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally within recruitment, industrial or professional services sectors.
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content creation, analytics and campaign management.
