Up to £40,000 (FTE), for part time (25hrs a week)

CV Screen is recruiting for a part time Recruitment Advisor for a well-established Law Firm for 3 full days/5 shorter days a week. The role is hybrid with ideally one day a week in the office in London and a salary of up to £40,000 (FTE) is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as a Recruitment Advisor will provide comprehensive support to the HR Manager. In this role, you will support the firm in recruiting for both business services and fee-earner positions.

The ideal candidate will be adept at improving recruitment processes, engaging closely with direct candidates, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure they have the necessary resources to attract top talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Recruitment Advisor will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous Recruitment Advisor experience, ideally gained in a professional services environment

-          An understanding of and interest in the legal industry and legal career pathways would be highly desirable

-          Either agency or in-house recruitment experience, or a combination of both

-          Experience in using direct recruitment tools

-          Experience supporting the interviewing process and designing candidate assessment exercises

Basic salary up to £40,000 (FTE), for part time (25hrs a week)
