As a Digital Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of their projects, collaborating with clients and managing a team of professionals. Your exceptional organisational skills and forward-thinking approach will allow you to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the entire project life cycle, including budgeting, planning, and timelines.
• Optimise resource allocation and develop streamlined processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Provide clear and concise briefs to the design team.
• Manage and forecast resource planning.
• Liaise with external vendors and freelancers.
• Oversee our platforms and ensure the quality of work delivered.
• Foster collaboration across teams to exceed client expectations.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to the creative process with your ideas and experience.

What Experience is Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in the digital creative field.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience managing parallel campaigns with tight deadlines.
• Track record of delivering successful digital campaigns across various channels.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset coupled with a creative flair.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Willingness to learn new IT systems and online tools.
• Team player who is supportive and motivating.

Salary & Benefits:

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in London, and easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Watford, Slough, and Croydon.
