CV Screen is recruiting for Collections Executive to join our client’s firm based near Finchley.
Our client offers bespoke finance options for high end vehicles. We are searching for a dedicated professional to join our team and manage the efficient retrieval and recovery of outstanding debts.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outreach to clients with overdue accounts, using various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client circumstances and tailor recovery plans accordingly.
- Negotiate repayment terms, settlements, and establish repayment schedules with clients in arrears.
- Document all communication and actions taken to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Experience required
- Experience in Consumer collections, debt recovery, or a similar role within the financial sector.
- Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations diplomatically.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards within the finance industry.
