CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician for a well-established company. The role is office based in Hull however there may be flexibility to work from home and a salary of up to £30,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all our customers, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.

Working to ITIL principles, the successful candidate with ensure that all IT policies and procedures are maintained whilst proactively reviewing and evaluating emerging trends from a client perspective, to maintain the current and future business needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Maintain an accurate and up to date record of all issues encountered

-          Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting

-          Completing builds of Laptops, mobile phones and iPads

-          Undertaking repairs on all equipment

-          Processing leavers on systems

-          Triaging old and new issues within the proper channels to give a more efficient service

-          Maintain the customer services levels

-          Procure, Install, Configure, Distribute and Maintain customer hardware, operating systems and applications

-          To maintain the asset database

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The IT Support Technician will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous experience in a similar role providing IT support

-          Good working knowledge of MS Windows

-          Understanding of Windows Server, MS Exchange and AD

-          Good working knowledge of wireless technologies

-          Experience of mobile device and application management

-          Full driving license and access to own transport

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £30,000
