Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure to ensure optimum performance.
• Manage digital security and conduct regular maintenance on systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software as needed.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact on matchdays to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.

What Experience is Required:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of Apple products (macOS, iOS, tvOS) and Android systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and networking technologies (VLANs, routing, switching).

Basic Salary of £38,000

Location:

The role is based in two different sites one in Watford and one in St Albans.  

Commute From:

St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Harrow and Rickmansworth.
