CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Relationship Manager who will ideally have previous experience in Client Account Management and an MSP and IT Services background. The role is office based and located in Chorley. A salary of up to £50,000 is available based on experience.
ROLE DETAILS
Your role as an IT Relationship Manager will involve monitoring, responding to, and actively engaging with all aspects of client account management and stakeholder liaison for their assigned clients. The role involves a full range of Account Management activities such as Key Account Management meetings, service desk liaison and major incident management. You will ideally have an IT MSP or IT Service Business background.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
You will have majority the following experience:
- You will ideally have an IT MSP or IT service business background.
- You must be highly organised as you will need to develop strong relationships with key client
contacts via several different channels.
- Experience in Service Delivery, Account Management or Customer Success.
- Ability to develop relationships with key client contacts via several different channels.
- You will be process driven whilst retaining a creative outlook towards solving client issues.
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £50,000
