CV Screen is recruiting for a IT Support Engineer to join a tech solutions company based in Bradford. You will join an established and successful business where there is ample opportunity for training and progression.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, review and resolve technical support tickets and calls
- Work autonomously
- Management of tickets escalated to 3rd parties – both internally and externally
- Liaise with presales to offer advice and solutions to customer issues
- Occasional client site visits to support project work and deliver technical resolutions
- Provide support to junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft 365 Product suite
- Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Server
SALARY
To £25,000 - £30,000
OFFICE LOCATION
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days working in the offices which are based in Bradford.
