Salary of £30,000-£45,000 (DOE)

CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer with Office 365 administration and VMWare experience, to join a rapidly growing company within the IT Industry. The role is based in Elstree and will be fully office based.

COMPANY DETAILS: 

As IT Support Engineer, you'll join a fantastic organisation who are growing rapidly. You will have the opportunity to progress within the role, including any training you think would be beneficial to yourself and the company, all being paid for. Your role will see you provide IT Support to several clients around the UK and overseas.

YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE: 

• You will provide technical support to customers, remotely and on site.
• You will keep customers in the loop about the progress of any incidents.
• You will support the sales team, attending customer meetings and answering technical questions.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

• Experience in using Office 365, Azure and VMWare
• Experience with working in an MSP environment would be desirable.
• Previously having worked in a Technical Support role
  
  

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary ranges from £30,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.
• 28 days holiday

LOCATION:

Elstree (Office based with travel required for the role) - Commutable from nearby locations such as Watford, Radlett, Barnet and Borehamwood.
