Finance Assistant – Isle of Wight – £30k + Excellent Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments are made

Assist with expense claims, company charge cards, and staff advances

Manage customer invoicing, update records in Salesforce, and follow up on overdue payments

Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate

Support month-end tasks and help the team prepare for annual audits
What Experience is Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role

AAT qualified or working towards qualification

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

Location
The role is based in Cowes and is easily commutable from across the Isle of Wight, including towns such as Newport, Ryde, Shanklin, and Sandown. Candidates must be based on the Isle of Wight due to the office-based nature of the role.
