A fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a well-established and growing insurance provider based near Bank station in the City of London. Offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home), the role offers a salary of £50,000 plus a superb benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes and functional requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to gather business needs.

Translate user requirements into clear documentation for development teams.

Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions.

Support QA testing and assist teams during implementation.
What Experience is Required
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong knowledge of insurance, ideally within the London Market.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
