Content Marketing Executive – Hybrid / Weybridge – £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Content Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing, family-focused brand based in Weybridge. Offering a hybrid work set-up and a salary of up to £45,000, this is a superb chance to play a key role in shaping engaging content that inspires families to get active outdoors. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and edit engaging content for social media, websites, and campaigns using video, imagery, and written formats

  • Shape a consistent brand voice across digital platforms, focusing on storytelling that resonates with young families

  • Manage and grow social media channels, including content scheduling and community interaction

  • Develop relationships with influencers and ambassadors, leading campaigns from concept through to delivery

  • Experiment with new content formats and innovative digital storytelling to enhance customer experience

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, social media, or a similar role

  • Skilled in video and image production using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Strong storytelling ability, ideally with experience creating content for family or lifestyle audiences

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £45,000 per annum

  • Flexible hybrid working with opportunities for travel (approx. 25 days per year)

Location
Based in Weybridge, the role is easily commutable from Woking, Guildford, Chertsey, Staines, Walton-on-Thames, and surrounding areas.
