Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and web-based tools.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software installations and configurations.

Record, manage and track incidents using an internal support system.

Collaborate with senior support engineers and developers to resolve complex issues.

Attend regular team meetings to review ongoing support cases and share knowledge.
What Experience is Required

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, or 2 years of a computer science degree.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Experience in a customer-facing support environment, ideally involving software products.
