Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing professional services firm in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key initiatives focused on client retention and engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping multi-channel campaigns, producing high-quality content, and using data-driven insights to support long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with senior partners to design and deliver client retention strategies.

• Develop and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns to enhance client loyalty.

• Create professional content including newsletters, reports, and case studies.

• Manage targeted email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.

• Maintain the CRM system, leveraging data insights to identify trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or client-focused role.

• A solid understanding of client retention strategies and campaign planning.

• Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and content creation.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, creative mindset.
