A fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a fast-growing manufacturing company who develop cutting edge solutions for the agricultural and industrial sectors. This full-time role is based in Hull, with a salary of up to £45,000 DOE, and offers a highly varied position involving design, prototyping, and testing. Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop new mechanical systems from concept through to production, collaborating with customers and suppliers.
- Update and improve existing products to meet changing regulations and technological advancements.
- Support prototype installation and testing on agricultural vehicles and industrial engines.
- Assist with technical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Participate in customer visits both in the UK and internationally when required.
What Experience is Required
- Solid experience with 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.
- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.
