Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the full procurement cycle for beef, lamb, and poultry products.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, traceability and reliability.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to drive efficiency.

• Monitor and forecast demand trends to optimise inventory and minimise waste.

• Support the growth of B2B client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in meat procurement, with specific knowledge of halal meats.

• A background in B2B sales, with a strong record of developing client relationships.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Location

The role is based in Reading, Berkshire and is easily commutable from Newbury, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Wokingham, Slough, Maidenhead and Didcot.
