Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for automation and AI innovation? We’re recruiting for a Business Intelligence & AI Specialist to join a thriving business based in Manchester. Offering up to £55,000, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of smart, AI-powered reporting systems that are transforming business operations. You’ll play a hands-on role in building dashboards, streamlining data workflows, and integrating cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, Power BI, and Microsoft Business Central.

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards to inform business decisions

• Integrate AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot) into reporting and analysis processes

• Use Power Automate or APIs to improve data flow and reduce manual processes

• Build data pipelines that support forecasting, reporting, and system integration

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and optimisation across departments

🎯 What Experience is Required

• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modelling

• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 and SQL

• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT or Azure OpenAI
