Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the Group’s finance function, ensuring robust financial governance and control.

• Deliver accurate, timely and insightful consolidated reporting for the Board and shareholders.

• Oversee treasury management, including cash flow, funding, and banking relationships.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Support M&A activity, due diligence, and post-acquisition financial integration.

What Experience is Required

• Proven track record as a senior finance leader within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical expertise across financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and M&A.

• Experience leading finance transformation and building high-performing teams.
