Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business planning.

• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.

• Provide financial insights to senior leadership, highlighting key risks and opportunities.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience working in a tech start-up or fast-growing SME environment.

• Comfortable operating in a standalone finance role with hands-on responsibility.

• Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or AAT), with solid management accounting experience.
