Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership to drive commercial decision-making and long-term strategy.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management to support sustainable growth.

• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and risk management processes.

• Provide insightful financial analysis to enhance operational performance across production, logistics, and sales.

What Experience is Required

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.

• Proven track record in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or design-led environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at Board level.

Salary & Benefits

Location

The role is based in London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. It is easily commutable from Wimbledon, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Watford, St Albans, Enfield, and Bromley.
