Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key operational projects from planning through to completion, ensuring initiatives meet time, budget, and quality targets.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance across the organisation.

• Manage budgets and reporting processes, maintaining strong financial oversight and accountability.

• Champion process improvement and change management initiatives that streamline operations.

• Prepare and present operational and financial updates to the senior management team.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in operations or project management within a multi-site retail or service environment.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive business improvements.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
