CV Screen is recruiting for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Coventry.
COMPANY DETAILS:
As Graduate IT Support Analyst, you'll be part of a small team where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.
YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE:
- Provide remote phone support for equipment troubleshooting.
- Identify spare parts and assist distributors with orders.
- Escalate issues to engineers and schedule site visits.
- Manage UK support cases in the CRM.
- Test and maintain showroom equipment.
- Handle warranty returns, including testing and replacements.
- Support engineers on-site.
REQUIREMENTS:
The Graduate IT Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience:
- Ideally, you will hold a full UK driving license.
- Strong understanding of networking.
- SQL Server and database concepts.
- Windows and Mac OS experience.

- Salary ranges from £28,000-£35,000 dependant on experience.

Coventry (Office based) - Commutable from nearby locations such as Birmingham, Nuneaton and Rugby.
