Credit Controller - Law Firm

Salary up to £42,000 + Hybrid Working

CV Screen is recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a fantastic legal firm based in Central London. You will be joining a friendly, rapidly growing business who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home up to three days per week. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage client accounts and chase outstanding payments.
• Monitor aged debt and prioritise collections.
• Resolve invoice queries and billing disputes.
• Set up payment plans and escalate risks.
• Produce debt and collection reports.
• Collaborate with Revenue Controller and finance teams.
• Follow credit control policies and compliance procedures.
  
  

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Credit control experience (ideally within the legal sector)
• Basic accounting, VAT, and credit control knowledge.
• Confident with Excel and finance systems.
• Accurate, detail-focused, and able to produce reports.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
  
  

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience.
• Hybrid working - 2 days from home
