An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to join a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Warwick. This site-based role will see you leading and developing warehouse operations to ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery. The organisation has been operating for several decades, employs hundreds of staff across the UK, and supports large-scale distribution operations nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of a busy operation and play a key role in driving operational improvements, managing stock processes, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfilment and effective use of the warehouse management system.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and investigation of discrepancies.

Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, promoting a strong team culture and high performance.

Plan warehouse capacity and resources to support seasonal peaks and maintain operational efficiency.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, carrying out audits and promoting safe working practices.
What Experience is Required
-
Proven experience managing operations within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and overseeing inventory control processes.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing warehouse teams.
