An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven B2B Sales Executive to join a growing, specialist vehicle solutions provider based in Thatcham. Offering a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 + excellent benefits, this role is perfect for a motivated sales professional looking to make a real impact. You’ll be representing a respected business that supplies adapted vehicles and minibuses to organisations such as local authorities, schools, and healthcare providers—playing a key role in delivering mobility solutions that genuinely improve lives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and win new B2B business across sectors including public services and education
- Build and manage a strong, high-value sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns and improve sales materials
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting and reporting
- Strengthen relationships with existing contacts to uncover further opportunities
What Experience is Required
- Proven success in B2B new business development
- Experience managing sales pipelines and hitting targets
- Knowledge of vehicle sales, public sector sales, or tender processes would be advantageous

This role is based in Thatcham and is commutable from Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Wokingham, and Oxford.
