Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asset condition surveys and related projects, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing technical and commercial queries.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to negotiate findings and coordinate project outcomes.
• Supervise and support team members, mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating project activities.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and programmes to deliver high-quality outcomes within financial and time constraints.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in estates surveying, asset management, or property consultancy.
• Strong project management and client-facing experience.
• Competent in IT applications, including MS Office, with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
