Finance Director

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of long-term financial strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
- Manage and mentor the finance team to drive high performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
- Provide strategic financial insight to support senior leadership decisions
What Experience is Required
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional or QBE
- Must have proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a groundworks or civils sector organisation
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and team management
