About the Role

This role is an entry-level commercial position focused on supporting the sales team in growing the business. The Graduate Sales & Marketing Assistant also includes elements of marketing through customer messaging, content preparation, and market insight work, making it a well-rounded starting point for a career in commercial or marketing functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support sales team in driving business growth
• Assist with lead generation and customer outreach
• Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials
• Engage with potential and existing customers
• Help manage sales pipeline and related admin tasks
• Work with data to support decision-making
• Contribute to customer messaging and content creation
  
  

What Experience is Required

• Interest in sales and commercial business
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with data and presentations
• Relevant experience in business, marketing, or related field (desirable)
• Able to understand sales performance figures
• Full Office 365 package experience
