An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM and Sales Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Crewe, offering a salary of £35,000 plus excellent benefits. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of how sales and marketing activity is coordinated, helping to improve lead generation and conversion across the business. The company has been operating for over 20 years, employs a strong UK-based team, and is known for delivering specialist solutions within its sector. Remote working will also be considered for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and stakeholders remain aligned
• Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely allocation and follow-up by the sales team
• Support structured lead nurturing to maximise conversion opportunities
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and produce performance reports across sales and marketing
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and pipeline visibility

What Experience is Required

• Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Background in a sales support, marketing coordination or operations role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
