An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Graphic Designer to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Northampton. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a salary of £24,000 – £36,000 plus excellent benefits. Working full-time in a creative, office-based environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual communications across digital and print platforms. This organisation is dedicated to delivering impactful insights and industry guidance, and you’ll help bring their messaging to life through engaging design. It’s an ideal role for a junior designer looking to build a strong portfolio and gain valuable commercial experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for campaigns across digital, print, and social media
• Support brand development through consistent and innovative visual design
• Translate data and concepts into engaging visual content
• Produce marketing materials including presentations, templates, and publications
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance audience engagement

What Experience is Required

• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and layout skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
