Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance CRM systems, integrations, workflows, and automation processes.
• Ensure seamless customer data flow across digital, sales, and marketing platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and lead management processes to improve business performance.
• Support marketing campaigns through audience segmentation and automated lifecycle communications.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure GDPR compliance.

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in CRM systems administration, integrations, or marketing technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of CRM platforms, data management, and reporting tools.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Power BI, or similar platforms.
