Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong VMware skills to join a well-established organisation based in Erith, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on infrastructure professional looking to work within a supportive and growing IT team. The role is predominantly office-based and offers a salary of up to £37,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain servers, networks, and virtual infrastructure environments
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 platforms
• Manage VMware virtualisation and backup solutions using Veeam
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and user-related technical issues
• Assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and ongoing improvement projects

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience within a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and backup technologies
