About the Role

CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation within the plant hire and equipment services sector based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to take ownership of the finance function within a successful business that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality equipment and services to customers across multiple industries. Offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this role provides stability, responsibility and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase and sales ledger functions, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments and receipts.
• Oversee credit control activities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process monthly payroll and support employee record administration.
• Assist with financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and a variety of finance-related projects.

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or similar accounting role.
• Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll and Microsoft Office.
• AAT qualification (or equivalent experience) with strong organisational and communication skills.
