CV Screen is recruiting for an ambitious Financial Controller to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding professional services organisation based in London. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, producing accurate management accounts, cashflow reports, and financial insights.
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring strong performance, resourcing, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee audit, tax compliance, reconciliations, and financial governance across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive improvements to finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting capabilities as the organisation grows.

What Experience is Required?

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams within a professional services, legal, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations.
