Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
Banbury - Office Based
Salary up to 80k

The role is for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence activities, providing accurate financial analysis, automated reporting, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Produce monthly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide commercial insights.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and data analysis.
• Support financial compliance, including FIA cost cap submissions.
  
  

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, KPIs, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience with FIA financial regulations or cost cap reporting would be advantageous.
