Management Accountant
Trowbridge - Office Based
Salary: Up to £45,000

Are you ready for an exciting step in your Finance career? Our client, a dynamic and thriving business near Trowbridge, is seeking a talented Management Accountant. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead in managing financial operations for a fast-growing group, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and project costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls.
• Manage payroll, bookkeeping and treasury activities.
• Lead operational improvement and business projects.
• Manage supplier relationships, audits and tax submissions.
• Improve processes through automation and systems optimisation.
  
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Manufacturing, engineering experience desirable.
• Experience using ERP systems.
