Client Success Manager

Location: Fully Remote with access to an office in Oxford

Salary & Benefits: up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits, including pension, 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays and fully remote working.

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Success Manager to join an established and growing consultancy specialising in customer experience, communication design and digital engagement. This is a fully remote role with access to an office in Oxford, offering a salary of £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Working with a portfolio of enterprise clients, you will build strong relationships, drive service adoption and support long-term client success. The business has been established for many years, works with over 80 enterprise clients and is recognised for delivering innovative customer communication solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, providing proactive advice to maximise the value of their services.
  • Manage contract renewals, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support client retention.
  • Deliver regular client reviews, audits and improvement projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor client engagement and encourage increased utilisation of services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in a Client Success, Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Background within contact centres, customer experience or customer service environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills. Experience with IVR, voice technology or related customer communication platforms would be highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is £45,000, depending on experience, plus pension, 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, fully remote working, access to the Oxford office and an excellent benefits package.

Location

This fully remote position includes access to the Oxford office and would suit candidates based in Oxford, Bicester, Abingdon, Didcot, Witney, Banbury, High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.
